Weds 29th November: Prabhat Rao and Pradeepa Sivasanthiran

Prabhat Rao
Prabhat Rao is a leading Hindustani Classical Vocalist of the younger generation. Based in London, he has had rigorous training under Guru Chandrima Misra of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, UK. He has toured as a solo vocalist in the UK, Europe and Asia and is now also a part of UK's national youth ensemble, Tarang. His performance features delving deeper into the emotions of Khyal and demystifing this ancient art form. 

Pradeepa Sivasanthiran
Pradeepa is a talented Carnatic Veena player whose strong classical training has imbibed in her a deep respect for South Asian arts and the culture from which it springs. Having performed in various venues and festivals throughout the UK, she values foremost the universality of the ancient instrument to entrance listeners with its musical storytelling.
